Urge Congress: Protect Workers

For far too long, U.S. workers have faced an unfair reality: depending on which state you live in, you may have a vastly different experience in the workplace. While corporations and the ultrawealthy get richer, workers across the country are still fighting for just labor policies, from fair wages to paid family and medical leave to the right to organize, and beyond.

It’s up to Congress to do right by workers and level the playing field. Our lawmakers must take action to ensure workers can thrive by raising the minimum wage, mandating paid sick and family leave, and passing other policies to grant all workers the respect and dignity they deserve—no matter where they live.
